Candy Cargill is the broker and owner of Hill Country Real Estate that was founded by her Mother in the early 1970's making it the oldest company in Blanco County. She has been involved with numerous civic organizations through the years holding a variety of offices. She is a member of the National Association of REALTORS®, The Texas Association of REALTORS®, The Central Hill Country, Bandera County and The Four Rivers Association of REALTORS® and has earned the TRLP, GRI, SRES and e-Pro designation, SRES and is GRI, Vice President of the Central Hill Country Board of REALTORS®, President, Board of Directors of The Central Hill Country Board of REALTORS®.and Region 7 Representative to the Texas Association of REALTORS® Political Involvement Council moving up to Regional Vice President of Region 7 which includes Boards from the Hill Country like Bandera, Kerrville, Central Hill Country, Four Rivers then goes south to Uvalde, Del Rio, Eagle Pass and Laredo. Currently serving on Professional Standards Committee and Pubic Policy-Land Use Committee for the Texas REALTORS® and Land Use/Environmental Issues for National Association of REALTORS®. She was awarded The Central Hill Country Board of REALTORS® "REALTOR® of the YEAR" award for 2012 and the Lifetime Achievement Award for 2016. Plus, in was installed in the RPAC/TREPAC Hall of Fame, meaning she puts her money where her mouth is when it comes to protecting Texans Private Property Rights. When asked about her real estate profession and her role at Hill Country Real Estate, she said "It means that I have the opportunity to do everything from mowing the grass, mopping floors, cleaning bathrooms to meeting some of the most fascinating people that start off as clients and end up as good friends...just can't think of anything better to do."

Phillip Barloco is a Realtor in San Antonio. San Antonio has always been home, but he lived in several different states and even lived in England for three years while his dad was in the Air Force. Being a military brat you learn how to drop into new environments and make the best of every situation. Phillip has lived in San Antonio since 1999. Before going full-time in Real Estate Phillip worked as a paramedic and had a leadership role for a team of 350 employees. Working as a Realtor allows Phillip to still help people as he did in EMS, but also make time to attend the important family events in life. Phillip is with Option One Real Estate. The support from the team gives Phillip the time needed to really focus on the individual clients wants and needs. Phillip will answer the phone when it rings and communicate every step of the way during your real estate journey. Phillip has had his real estate license since 2006.
