Before embarking on my real estate career, I spent time in financial planning for a major airline, honing my skills in client service and attention to detail. Now, I proudly call rural Brenham, TX, home and serve clients throughout Washington County as well as multiple counties between Houston and Austin.

Outside of real estate, I am passionate about the outdoors and enjoy spending time with my dogs and horses. Alongside my husband, I love to travel and explore new destinations. Shelly Moschak, a native Houstonian, escaped the traffic and city life and moved to the more relaxed lifestyle of the Brenham countryside in 2003. She has enjoyed her real estate career ever since, and enjoyed being the Broker/Owner of 5 Star Country Properties for 10 years. In 2017 she partnered with Legend Texas Properties, where she enjoys the collaboration of other talented professionals who share her business practices and integrity.

Tammy grew up in Spring, Texas and has been married to her husband, Mike for 33 years. Tammy has always had a passion for animals, whether pets or wildlife. As a youth, she was always bringing animals home that needed help or a home. Once married, she wanted to provide a home for children. Mike and her become foster parents and were able to provide a home for 27 foster children. Over 26 years ago and after adopting 4 of their foster children, Tammy and Mike decided to move from the Houston area to Washington County to provide a better life for their family. They are members of St. Peter's Episcopal Church where Tammy has served on the Vestry. She helped start CASA for Kids of South Central Texas and served on the Board of Directors several times. She is currently serving on the Washington County Horse Committee. Tammy enjoys her horses and pets, fishing, swimming, boating, ATV's and spending time with family and friends. As a ranch owner in Washington County, she has been there done that!
