“Unfortunately, everything kind of fell apart for our transaction at the end. Our realtor seemed more interested in siding with the seller of the property when there was a dispute, instead of us the buyers . Also, our realtor had a tendency to downplay how much certain fixes to the property would cost. We received quotes ranging from 14K to 17k to remove a post our realtor thought would take 500 to remove. It would ve been nice to have a clearer picture of how much certain renovations would cost. ”
