How can I help? No matter what aspect of life we are discussing, this is my starting point. I have been a REALTOR since 2015 and have a life long passion for home decor. In real estate, I take pride in helping my buyers and sellers through complicated transactions to accomplish their dreams of homeownership. By staging homes, I help homeowners and even other agents reach a home's greatest selling potential. (Pro tip: take down those valances!) Through decorating, my clients' love for their current home is renewed by my reinventing, rearranging and rethinking everything their home can be.

Though born in Navasota, I was raised in Houston, TX. I graduated from Cy-Fair High School, where my creativity was fueled by my love for guitar, photography and journalism. This community has been an incredible support system and I love that I get to help people, some I've known for 30 years and some for 30 minutes, make houses into homes.

I'm a dog mom, coffee connoisseur, thrift store enthusiast, and human rights advocate. I believe that everything should be approached with a helping heart and kindness. Empathy is the way we change the world.

A little bit about Grayson As someone who was born and raised right here in Houston, I am absolutely passionate about helping families and individuals build their wealth through real estate ownership. With a background in the oil and gas industry, I have honed my sales and customer service skills, as well as my ability to navigate complex social dynamics. Over the course of my real estate career, I have achieved significant success with millennial home buyers and sellers, as well as corporate clients relocating to the Houston areas for work and job scenes. In addition to my real estate work, I enjoy connecting with other professionals on topics like entrepreneurship, mindset, self-discovery, and business. Tammy started her Real Estate career as a "Rehabber", taking ugly houses and turning them into gems. She loved the process, loved the work, loved the end result, and loved the positive feedback from Buyers. Rehabbing progressed into Investing - holding rental property for long-term passive income. Again, VERY rewarding, because tenants can struggle with finding pretty, well maintained properties at a fair price, and earning a slow but steady income by providing a great and much-needed service? Priceless!

When asked ‘Why be an agent? Why represent others to buy and sell?’, Tammy’s answer was:

"Easy! I've had a lot of frustrating experiences buying, leasing, and selling for myself. I quickly saw that there were vast differences in the level of service and enthusiasm delivered in this industry. The agents that have the passion and the ethics absolutely inspire me. I decided that I can continue my own investing and literally give back to buyers and sellers who perhaps aren't as comfortable with the purchase and sale process. I believe clients deserve prompt service, great communication and someone dedicated to THEIR interests - someone who has their back! That's not hard! I know how to listen to what people want and never push. My goal is to go to sleep each night knowing I helped, not made a sale."

Tammy serves residential buyers and sellers all around Houston. She specializes in properties Beltway 8 and South (Houston, Pearland, Friendswood, Webster, League City, Seabrook, Kemah – all the way to Galveston!), but she encourages customers to phone for advice on any area. Advice is free, and it is far better to seek out a referral of someone whose history is known than to strictly rely on our big brother the WWW!

I owe everything first to God! Without God I wouldn't be where I am today. I have a great career in Residential Real Estate. I am a mother to 6 wonderful grown children, a grandmother to 8 beautiful grandchildren and 6 fur babies. My passion is to help find homes that work best for the entire family. I spend my spare time voluntering at the local Animal Rescue and I always try to help stray animals. I carry cat/dog food in my car for starving animals. Originally from New Mexico, Rachel moved to League City, TX with her husband, Jesse who works in the Space Industry, and where she was a teacher for the Clear Creek Independent School District. Rachel currently serves as the Director for the Gulf Coast Cinderella Scholarship Organization which is a youth development program for young girls and women.
